ACH owns and operates two rural health clinics - Laffitte Warren Medical Center in Allendale, SC and Carolina Medical Associates on the hospital campus in Fairfax,    SC.

ACH owns and operates the John Edward Harter Nursing Center, a 44 bed skilled nursing facility located on the    hospital campus.

ACH is licensed as a 25 bed critical access hospital.
